Comprehensive Sheet Metal Fabrication Solutions
What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
Sheet metal fabrication is a comprehensive manufacturing process that transforms flat metal sheets and tubular profiles into functional components and assemblies through cutting, forming, welding, and finishing operations. Our integrated approach combines six core technologies—laser cutting, tube laser cutting, plasma cutting, waterjet cutting, CNC tube bending, and welding—to deliver complete fabrication solutions under one roof.
From initial design consultation and material selection to precision cutting, forming, welding, and surface finishing, we manage every step of the fabrication process. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility houses state-of-the-art CNC equipment including 30kW fiber lasers, 6-axis tube laser systems, high-definition plasma cutters, 90,000 PSI waterjet machines, 10-axis tube benders, and robotic welding cells—all operated by experienced technicians and engineers.
Whether you need aerospace-grade titanium components with ±0.005″ tolerances, high-volume automotive stampings, architectural stainless steel assemblies, or custom industrial machinery parts, our comprehensive capabilities and flexible manufacturing systems handle projects from single prototypes to production runs exceeding 100,000 units.

Comprehensive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Guidelines
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is the key to cost-effective and high-quality sheet metal fabrication. By adhering to these guidelines, you can minimize material waste, reduce production time, and eliminate common defects. Our engineering team has compiled these best practices to help you optimize your CAD designs for our CNC equipment. From hole spacing to bend radii, these technical specifications ensure your parts are manufacturable and meet your performance requirements. Download our full DFM guide or consult with our experts to refine your designs before production begins.
Hole & Slot Specifications
Ensure hole diameters are at least equal to the material thickness (T). For laser cutting, minimum hole diameter can be 0.5T. Keep holes at least 2T away from edges and bend lines to prevent distortion.
Bend Radius & Relief
Use a consistent internal bend radius (ideally 1T) to reduce setup time. Add bend relief cuts (width ≥ T, depth ≥ T + radius) to prevent tearing when bends are close to edges.
Flanges & Hems
Minimum flange length must be 4T to engage the V-die properly. For hems, use a minimum flange length of 4T before the hem operation. Avoid placing holes in the deformation zone.
